Thank you for your comment. I’ve updated the TM Calendar page (http://www.tushar-mehta.com/excel/software/tm_calendar/index.html) so that it is easier to discover the price, which is a very competitive USD 14.95 – and, of course, it is subject to change.
There should be an option to let the week start on Monday instead of Sunday. This especially for European users.
